Responsibilities: The Client Experience Coordinator is expected to manage all inbound inquiries with care and precision, ensuring every client’s first interaction with Peak Sodding reflects the excellence and professionalism of our brand. You will be accountable for delivering a timely, consistent, and personal experience that converts qualified leads into booked appointments for the sales team. • Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries via phone, text, web, and email, maintaining an average response time under 10 minutes. • Qualify potential clients by asking intentional, discovery-driven questions that uncover project scope, readiness, and fit. • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently, optimizing for both client convenience and sales team productivity. • Ensure all client information is accurately entered into CRM systems with detailed notes and relevant context. • Confirm appointments with clients and ensure sales representatives are fully briefed before arrival. • Support ongoing lead nurturing efforts through reactivation campaigns, follow-ups, and referral outreach. • Track and report daily and weekly performance metrics, including conversion rates, booking ratios, and response times. • Uphold Peak Sodding’s reputation by providing an interaction that leaves every potential client feeling heard, valued, and confident in choosing our team. Compensation: $37,440 - $50,000 yearly
