After eight years in social work and years in acute hospital and home care nursing, Galina created a service model that blends clinical expertise, compassionate coordination, and life-enhancing support — so older adults can remain in the place they know by heart… their home.

And we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist, Care Coordinator & Scheduler who understands that this role is not just administrative — it is transformational.

The Mission Behind This Position

You will be the calm voice on the other end of the phone when families are in crisis.

You will:

Respond to inquiries from families seeking guidance and support

Conduct intake calls with empathy, clarity, and confidence

Coordinate caregiver schedules with precision and urgency

Ensure seamless communication between families and care teams

Maintain documentation and follow-through with excellence

Support long-distance family caregivers navigating complex situations

Uphold concierge-level responsiveness and professionalism

You will help turn stress into structure. Confusion into clarity. Overwhelm into a plan.
