You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating communications, supporting project timelines, and managing feedback to enhance satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail who are passionate about improving service experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

    • Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and follow-up communications with clients.

    • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary.

    • Support client retention efforts by identifying opportunities for improved service.

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in internal systems.

    • Assist in preparing client reports, service documentation, and meeting materials.

    • Continuously evaluate and enhance client service processes.

    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

    • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client coordination, or a similar role.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
