In this role, you'll connect with clients during and after class to:
• Learn about their experience and goals
• Build genuine rapport and community
• Recommend membership options that fit their needs
• Onboard new members and help them maximize their experience
You'll also support the in-studio experience by capturing social media content during class and helping maintain our welcoming, high-energy vibe.
The ideal person:
• Loves talking to people and building relationships
• Is persuasive, articulate, and confident
• Thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Is values-driven and passionate about helping others feel confident
• Has customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)

• Host 1–2 classes per week (evenings and occasional weekends)
• Work onsite at our Hays County studio locations, including Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos (reliable transportation required)
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
• $15/hour as a W-2 employee
• Free classes/membership and discount on other programming
