    About the Role

    We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator to be the face and voice of CKC Custom Homes and Haus of Powell. This person will be the first point of contact for our clients — whether in person, by phone, or online — while also creating social media content that reflects the luxury, lifestyle, and craftsmanship of our brands.

    The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, design-savvy, and marketing-minded. They thrive in a polished office environment, have excellent communication skills, and know how to translate brand identity into engaging TikToks, Reels, and digital touchpoints.

    Key Responsibilities

    Front Desk & Client Experience

    • Answer and route all phone calls with professionalism and warmth.

    • Greet clients and visitors, maintaining a polished and welcoming showroom environment.

    • Confirm appointments and support sales with weekly client meeting scheduling.

    • Receive and organize packages and deliveries.

    • Manage office flow to reflect CKC’s “pristine destination” standard.

    Client Communication & Lead Intake

    • Manage the website chatbot and digital inquiries; ensure quick, professional, and brand-aligned responses.

    • Enter new leads into CRM/Basecamp and coordinate with sales for timely follow-up.

    • Serve as the first line of customer service, handling inquiries with discretion and care.

    Marketing & Brand Content

    • Create and edit TikToks, Reels, and Instagram posts that reflect our luxury brand tone.

    • Assist with campaign rollouts (Haus of Powell product launches, CKC project features, seasonal campaigns).

    • Use Canva and other tools to design simple marketing graphics, client touchpoints, and digital materials.

    • Capture light behind-the-scenes content during office or project visits.

    Office Coordination

    • Keep the front office, showroom, and common areas organized and client-ready.

    • Support the CKC/HOP team with administrative tasks as needed.

    • End-of-day checklists/reporting in Basecamp.

    Qualifications

    • Strong customer service skills; warm, professional phone etiquette.

    • Polished appearance and demeanor — understands luxury hospitality.

    • Creative skills in social media (TikTok, Instagram, Reels).

    • Comfortable with Canva, Google Suite, and basic CRM tools.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

    • Marketing, communications, or design background a plus.
