Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person. Handle scheduling and inquiries with warmth and attentiveness that set the tone for our firm. • Support our advisors with precision. Coordinate client meetings and annual reviews, prepare meeting materials so advisors walk in fully ready, and manage follow-up tasks and post-meeting commitments. • Own our events and seminars. Lead the planning and execution of client events, educational workshops, and firm seminars from venue coordination to day-of logistics to post-event follow-up. • Manage registrations and communications. Track attendee lists, send timely communications, and continuously raise the standard of what a Lukas Total Wealth event feels like. • Keep our systems sharp. Maintain accurate client and prospect records in Wealthbox and ActiveCampaign, keeping profiles, notes, and documentation organized and complete. • Continue sharpening your craft. Participate in training and contribute ideas that improve the client experience over time. Qualifications: • Prior experience in client service, administrative support, or event coordination preferred. • Genuinely service-minded — you care about people, not just tasks. • Highly organized and naturally detail-oriented, with strong follow-through. • A confident communicator, both written and verbal, who builds trust quickly. • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms (Wealthbox and ActiveCampaign experience is a plus). • Steady under pressure — you stay calm when things get busy and composed when things get stressful. • Professional, prepared, and dependable, with a deep belief that punctuality and preparation are forms of respect.
