    We are currently seeking a highly personable, professional, and organized Client Intake & OutreachCoordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and a bridge to lasting client relationships. You will play a critical role in the client journey by handling all inbound new client inquiries, routing or scheduling consultations with the Client Relations Specialist, and re-engaging past leads or former clients. Your goal is to offer a warm, responsive introduction to our firm and drive engagement for new legal matters and referrals. Responsibilities: • Answer all inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism and empathy. • Gather preliminary information using a guided intake form and determine eligibility. • Schedule appointments or directly transfer qualified leads to the Client Relations Specialist/Manager. • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to past leads and former clients. • Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system. • Nurture long-term engagement by informing former clients of new services and requesting referrals. • Collaborate with the marketing and intake team to track campaign conversions. • Provide weekly metrics on conversion rates and call activity. Qualifications: • Prior experience in intake, call centers, client relations, or sales is highly preferred. • Clear, confident, and warm phone voice with excellent listening skills. • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple follow-ups or appointments. • Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM platforms (e.g., MyCase Leads, Clio Grow, Lawmatics, HubSpot). • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment. • Able to commit to a consistent 9–5 schedule. • Willingness to attend three (3) days of in-person training at our office and attend in-person quarterly staff meetings Compensation: $17 - $23 hourly
