We are seeking a driven and experienced Client Intake & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for converting qualified prospects into retained clients. The ideal candidate brings a proven consultative sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide emotionally sensitive prospects through a confident, informed decision. Compensation- • $50,000 annual base salaryPerformance-based bonus structure directly tied to closed retainersRealistic on-target earnings of $100,000–$150,000 overall OTE for top performersEmployer-provided health insurance401(k) retirement planInbound, pre-qualified leads provided—no cold outreach requiredDefined growth path within a firm that recognizes and rewards results Responsibilities: • Conduct initial consultation calls and video meetings with pre-qualified prospective clients • Lead structured, empathy-driven sales conversations that result in signed retainer agreements • Identify client urgency, underlying concerns, and decision-making drivers to tailor your approach • Present the firm’s legal services clearly and confidently, addressing cost and value objectively • Overcome objections related to pricing, timing, and hesitation with professionalism and persistence • Execute disciplined follow-up sequences to re-engage undecided prospects • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity and pipeline stages in CRM (MyCase/Lawmatics) • Provide regular reporting on consultation volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status to firm leadership • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Success in this role is measured by consistent, quantifiable results. The firm expects: • Minimum of 15 retained clients closed per month • High consult-to-retainer conversion rate, tracked and reviewed regularly • Comprehensive lead follow-through with no qualified prospect left unaddressed • Steady month-over-month contribution to firm revenue growth Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in high-ticket or consultative environments • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and conversion benchmarks • Experience in legal intake, professional services, or financial services sales is strongly preferred • Proficiency with CRM platforms; familiarity with MyCase or Lawmatics is a plus • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to project credibility and remain calm under pressure • Self-directed and results-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently Compensation: $50,000 base + Performance-based bonus
