You’ll play an important role in helping prospective clients take their first step toward resolving their legal matters. The Opportunity We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to our firm. This position plays a key role in identifying potential new clients (PNCs) who are a good fit for our legal services and ensuring a smooth, efficient intake process from first contact through consultation scheduling. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Screen and Pre-Qualify Leads • Explain the Firm’s Process for Intake and Engagement • Initiate the Pre-Engagement Glidepath • Capture information in the Contact Relationship Management (CRM) System and Lead Tracker spreadsheet • Follow up with PNCs who do not schedule or attend an initial consultation • Prepare New Client Welcome Packets for PNCs who engage the Firm Qualifications: You’ll Excel in This Role If You Are • Professional, polished, and empathetic. • A clear communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools. • Energized by a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. **** Qualifications • Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience, required • Customer Service experience required. • Experience working in a law firm is an asset. • Real-life experience and a few “battle scars” to give you empathy and understanding as an asset. Compensation: $48,000 to $52,000
