    Position Overview The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    Answer and direct inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional manner

    Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups

    Perform general office duties including scanning, filing, and data entry

    Maintain accurate records and organize client/staff documentation

    Assist with scheduling and calendar management as needed

    Provide support to management and staff with administrative tasks

    Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service

    Qualifications

    Previous office or administrative experience preferred

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    Professional demeanor and reliability are essential
