To support this mission, we are hiring a Client Outreach Specialist who thrives on connection, conversation, and curiosity, someone who actually enjoys picking up the phone and talking to people about their lives. This is not your typical call-center role. This is relationship-building, trust-building, future-planning, and problem-solving. Responsibilities: Client Communication & Outreach • Conduct daily outreach calls to former clients and prior potential clients • Start meaningful conversations to learn what has changed in each client’s life since their last interaction with the firm. • Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions that uncover legal needs, opportunities, and potential risks. • Build genuine rapport with callers through empathy, curiosity, and active listening. Discovery & Needs Assessment • Identify life events that may create new legal needs (marriage, new children, job changes, travel, immigration contact, police contact, address changes, etc.). • Explore clients’ future plans (relocation, licensing, education, travel, family changes). • Recognize red-flag situations and notify the appropriate team members immediately. Consultation Scheduling & Follow-Up • Book consultations for clients and PNCs who require next steps. • Encourage follow-through and reactivation of stalled matters. • Provide referrals to trusted partners when appropriate. • Maintain a positive, warm, and professional tone while motivating clients to take action. Documentation & CRM Management • Document detailed notes and outcomes from each call in Monday.com. • Keep client contact information accurate and up to date. • Submit daily activity summaries, including calls completed, consults booked, and urgent issues identified. • Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality, ethics, and data integrity. Qualifications: Required Skills & ExperienceFluent in both English and Spanish (spoken & written). • Strong phone presence with a warm, engaging tone. • Ability to ask great questions, listen deeply, and show genuine curiosity. • Experience in customer service, intake, call centers, or client-facing roles preferred. • Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural conversational flow. • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive immigration matters delicately. Technical Requirements • Ability to work EST business hours. • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls. • Comfortable using Monday.com and phone systems (training provided). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow firm procedures. Compensation: $5 - $6 hourly
