    ​​​​​We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM – Media & Entertainment Farmer to manage and grow relationships with clients .

    This role focuses on account farming—driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts in the Media & Entertainment industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and grow strategic Media & Ent accounts.
    • Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement,
    • product, and executive levels). Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
    • Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
    • Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
    • Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
    • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; MBA is an advantage.
    • _ 10+ years of account management/business development experience, with at least 3+ years in the Disney Accounts._
    • Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
    • Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
