Job Description
Location: NY, NJ (Requires travel to client locations in New York, North Carolina, and Michigan)
Account Management & Growth (Existing Logos)
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery and account teams to ensure high client satisfaction and successful engagement delivery.
- Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling of services and solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
General Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.
