Position Overview
Our growing law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Client Relations Coordinator to assist with key client communications and office support tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and helping ensure clients feel supported throughout their case experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send closing documents for clients whose representation is being concluded, ensuring professionalism and compliance with firm procedures.
Draft and send welcome letters to new clients to onboard them smoothly and provide an excellent first impression.
Assist with additional miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties, including document preparation, client correspondence, and general office support.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient communication and organization within the firm.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client matters with discretion.
Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities at once.
Previous experience in an administrative or law office setting is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time Location: In office, Center City Philadelphia Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
