Responsibilities: What You'll Do & Why It Matters: You'll be the architect of the client journey from first hello to lasting partnership. From crafting seamless onboarding experiences to orchestrating meaningful engagement touchpoints, you'll ensure every client feels valued and supported. You'll also play a key role in our growth story—developing business development strategies, coordinating speaking opportunities, managing our digital presence, and leading RFP responses that showcase who we truly are. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assists in developing annual and quarterly business development strategies. • Contributions to developing and monitoring business development KPIs and ROI metrics. • Plan and execute Firm business development initiatives, including webinars, CLEs, conference attendance, and social activities. • Facilitates attorney participation in speaking opportunities and professional conferences. • Coordinates the Firm's external presence, including leveraging LinkedIn and social media, and website updates. • Helps conduct research and engagement concerning potential clients. • Complete Intake and onboarding of new clients. • Leads the Firm's response to RFPs. • Facilitates client check-ins, sends cards, gifts, and obtains client feedback and testimonials. • Creates and/or modifies standard operating procedures for all functions of the position. • Assists in maintaining the Firm's business development budget. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
