    Title. Client Relations Specialist

    Duties. This position handles day to day tasks that handle interactions with customers and daily communication with Realestaged team. This is a front-end helpdesk position where you will be answering phone calls, texts, and emails with customers.

    This is 90% remote work position depending on the employee’s efficiency. Hybrid work is default for all employees at the start.

    Skills Needed:

    Customer service and de-escalation

    Understanding nuances of email/text communication with customers

    Ability to task switch in an organized manner to not miss tasks and keep accuracy

    Tasks:

    Customer Fulfillment

    Send estimates, invoices, and contracts to customers

    Day to day client communication with new potential customers

    Monitor daily for customer properties that have gone under contract

    Ensuring all e-mails, texts, and phone calls are responded to within company guidelines

    Team Coordination

    Schedule the Realestaged team to install or remove furniture from customer properties

    Drive to new client properties to take photos of the property when required

    Resolve property access issues for the team

    Ensure parking tickets get paid for Realestaged vehicles

    Re-route team members to new locations when changes occur

    Social Media Admin Tasks

    Make sure Realestaged videos are uploaded to social media sites and scheduled for release

    Coordinate videographers for filming and video uploads

    Schedule Realestaged guests for film shoots

    Minor editing tasks on videos before uploading

    Monitor and change calendar for senior leadership

    Property Upkeep Admin Tasks

    Ensures all bills and customer invoices are paid for Realestaged partner companies

    Coordinates contractors to resolve ticket requests for repairs

    organize and manage paperwork for Realestaged partner companies

    TERMS.

    Start Date. Within 2 weeks of accepting the offer

    Employment. 40 Hours per week

    Pay. $60,000-$75,000 a year

    Schedule: 8am EST to 4:30pm EST. Hybrid work schedule with 90% of days being Remote work

    PTO is 10 days per year. Heath Care Reimbursement plan

    Probationary Period: 90 days
