    Job Description

    The Client Relations Manager plays a vital dual-role within KSTG. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for our corporate and school transportation clients while also managing the full reservation process. This position blends relationship management with operational coordination, ensuring that each client receives a seamless and personalized experience from booking to final drop-off.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the dedicated liaison for corporate and school clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles, service preferences, and trip history.
    • Manage all aspects of transportation reservations from initial inquiry to trip execution.
    • Coordinate with internal departments including dispatch, billing, and operations to ensure cohesive service delivery.
    • Monitor real-time trip activity and promptly address any service issues.
    • Confirm trip logistics including passenger counts, vehicle types, and special requirements.
    • Generate client reports, service summaries, and support billing accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities for service enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in client services, sales, account management, reservations, hospitality, or transportation preferred.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of discretion, critical thinking, and independent judgment.
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms and reservation software; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Information

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to sit for long periods and move throughout the office as needed.
    • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and using standard office equipment.
