Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Be the first point of contact, comfort, and professionalism for potential clients seeking help with divorce, custody, or probate • Build rapport and help clients make the important life-changing decision to move forward with our legal team • Guide them through the consultation and intake process with empathy and clarity • Help match clients with the right attorney and secure signed agreements • Track leads, follow up diligently, and close deals with precision and heart • Collaborate with a passionate team that believes in making a real difference and do whatever is needed to support the team because you're in it, not just for yourself -- you're in it for the mission Qualifications: What You Bring • At least 5 years of commission-based sales experience • A passionate desire to help families , especially in cases involving child custody or domestic violence, and to help children and the elderly • High moral and ethical standards —no exceptions • The ability to remain positive and professional under pressure • A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed • Excellent communication skills , especially when emotions are high • A naturally positive outlook on life • Commitment to a professional appearance and demeanor
