We’re looking for a sophisticated, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with sales and marketing experience who enjoys working with high-net-worth individuals and professionals in a legal environment. If you have a background in sales or marketing, can handle a high volume of client leads and tracking relationships, are a good communicator, and enjoy client interaction, this position is for you! We are seeking a positive, outgoing, and confident person who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional work environment. Responsibilities: • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Build partnerships with community business owners, including financial planners, CPAs, and insurance agents. • Attend networking events to market Gilbert Law services. • Re-engage potential clients who cancelled or postponed meetings. • Assist clients and financial advisors with funding investments to trusts. • Work with the legal team to ensure client files are moving through the process smoothly and efficiently. • Work with the partner attorney to ensure the systems are efficient and provide a positive client experience. Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Bachelor's Degree Required. • Personal Transportation Required. • High Energy, Self-Motivated, and Driven to Succeed. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
