Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through data entry and CRM systems
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client relations role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients
- Sales experience is a plus, as the role may involve upselling or cross-selling products or services
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems to maintain accurate client records
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, as the role may require communicating with multilingual clients
