    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee multiple digital communication platforms to log and establish new digital patient records effectively.
    • Address any technical issues with referring dentists, offering guidance on protocols to avoid future errors and enhance workflow efficiency.
    • Deliver high-quality customer support through various platforms, including phone and email, maintaining a responsive communication flow.
    • Continuously monitor and manage all communication channels, ensuring timely escalation of customer requests to the design team.
    • Conduct follow-ups with clients to address unresolved issues while effectively managing project timelines and avoiding roadblocks to guarantee timely delivery.
    • Facilitate training sessions for customer staff on operational protocols and oversee the project management of a complex multi-step design and fabrication process
    • Evaluate digital imaging data for discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards.
    • Monitor and report on customer success metrics and engagement trends to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Skills & Relevant Experience:

    • High school diploma or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent qualification.
    • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a dental or medical environment, along with knowledge of dental or medical terminology, is strongly preferred.
    • Experience with CAD/CAM systems, 3D printing technology, or X-ray imaging is a plus.
    • Proficiency in computer usage is essential.
    • Must be willing to work in the Pacific Standard Time zone.

    Additional Information

    Details of Position:

    • Full-time hourly position reporting to the Director of Operations.
    • Hourly pay: $26-$30 (based on experience)
    • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time)
    • This role is primarily remote; however, based on operational needs, in-person attendance at the office may be required.

    • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment and line production experience.
