We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee client engagements, ensure exceptional service delivery, and foster strong, long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs and goals
Monitor and manage client satisfaction, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver timely and effective solutions
Track client interactions and maintain accurate records
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Prepare reports on client status, feedback, and performance metrics
Support the onboarding of new clients and provide orientation on services
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or consulting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
