    Elite Austin is a design studio specializing in luxury home staging, furniture leasing, and furniture sales. While our focus has been in Austin, we are now expanding our services into other major Texas cities, including Dallas and Houston. We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join the Client Services team and strategically deepen relationships with Realtors and luxury multi-family leasing teams while supporting the continued growth of our Home Staging and Concierge Furnishing services. This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-driven professional who enjoys in-person outreach, cultivating long-term relationships, thoughtful client communication, and representing a premium brand in the marketplace. The Client Relationship Manager will generate new high-value relationships throughout Texas, steward existing partnerships, and guide select Home Staging and Concierge Furnishing leads through the sales pipeline with exceptional service. During peak periods, this role will also provide targeted administrative support to help maintain responsiveness across the Client Services team. Required office days will be determined based on company needs and are subject to change Responsibilities: Business Development & Relationship Stewardship (60%) • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury realtors and leasing teams that lead to multiple projects rather than one-off transactions • Research, prospect, and identify new high-value realtors and luxury multi-family targets in Austin and beyond • Conduct intentional outreach to generate new high-value contacts • Schedule and attend meetings, presentations, and relationship touch points • Serve as a consistent, professional face of Elite Austin in the real estate and furniture rental markets • Identify opportunities to strengthen loyalty and increase repeat business • Support long-term relationship health through thoughtful, ongoing, and regular engagement • Comfortably and confidently deliver presentations about Elite Austin's services to small and large groups of potential partners, conveying excitement and professionalism Client Services + Inbound Leads (30%) • Own and manage assigned Home Staging and Concierge Furnishing inbound leads • Conduct discovery calls and guide prospects through the sales pipeline • Prepare and present preliminary estimates and final quotes • Provide polished, responsive external communication throughout the client journey • Properly set, manage, and fulfill client expectations • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and notes for owned accounts • Create contacts and opportunities in Salesforce for new relationships • Utilize reporting to track pipeline health and follow-up needs Administrative & Team Support (10%) • Assist with select administrative work when inbound lead volume is high, including scheduling client meetings, invoicing, and sending contracts • Serve as backup support when the Client Services Coordinator is out of the office • Participate in weekly team meetings and cross-department collaboration • Help maintain clear communication between Client Services, Marketing, Design, and Logistics Communication & Collaboration (Always) • Effectively communicate with Design, Logistics, Marketing, and Client Services team members • Provide timely and proactive updates and maintain strong internal visibility on owned accounts • Represent Elite Austin’s premium brand standards in all client interactions; protect and elevate Elite Austin’s brand reputation • Contribute to process improvements that enhance the client experience What Success Looks Like Success in this role will be defined by the following achievements within the first year: • Revenue Generation: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth across the Austin, Dallas, and Houston markets. • Relationship Growth: Establishing and nurturing a measurable portfolio of high-value, repeat-business Realtor and luxury multi-family leasing partnerships, specifically resulting in a documented increase in project volume from these key accounts. • Pipeline Health: Maintaining a robust and accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, demonstrating proactive engagement with leads, and achieving high conversion rates from first call to executed contract. • Brand Representation: Serving as a highly polished and professional representative of Elite Austin, as evidenced by positive client feedback and high attendance/engagement at hosted presentations and market outreach events. • Internal Collaboration: Ensuring seamless communication and transition of client needs between the Client Services, Design, and Logistics teams, contributing to efficient project execution and a high-quality client experience. Qualifications: Elite Austin will only consider high-integrity, relationship-oriented professionals who are comfortable taking initiative and representing a premium brand. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Required • 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or relationship-driven sales • Comfortable initiating professional outreach in a thoughtful, polished manner • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and follow-through • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce strongly preferred) • Confident public speaking and presentation skills • Professional presence aligned with a luxury service brand • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability • Must have reliable transportation for regular travel within Austin and occasional travel outside of Austin • Must have a dedicated workspace at home conducive to professional web meetings and focused work Preferred • Bachelor's Degree • Experience in the real estate, multifamily, interiors, or furniture industry • Experience working with luxury clients or high-touch service environments • Salesforce experience, particularly with reporting Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
