This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will;

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You provide proactive and positive contact for our customers and clients.
• You are focused on ensuring customers are satisfied with our products and services, working with the relationship manager in order to manage day-to-day relations.
• You will master the internal software and tools to analyze our clients’ business metrics and help provide suggestions for improvement.
• You consult with other team members (corporate support/implementations/engineering/finance) to deliver for the customer
• You will develop a deepening working knowledge of company products and services

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree from job discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
