We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to join us as a Client Relationship Manager (Legal Sales)—someone who knows how to guide, not push. This is a consultative B2C role where trust-building, emotional intelligence, and clear communication matter just as much as results. Please note that while this is an individual contributor role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience training and coaching team members. Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities are: Meet with potential new clients, earn their trust, educate them, and successfully convert them to clients. What You Will Do: • Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients and referral sources for the purpose of describing how our legal services can help them. These may be done in person, by phone, or by Zoom. • Maintaining contact with people considering elder law services to keep the door open for them to walk through when they are ready. • Assuring potential clients that the Firm is able to help them, showing compassion, and explaining how we can improve their lives. • Working with other marketing professionals within the Firm to improve the marketing and sales funnel, improving the quality and volume of leads, and offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on "front-line" experience. • Recommending improvements and deploying systems that run the sales process efficiently and profitably. • Keep meticulous and comprehensive notes and client information within the CRM. • Acting as the primary point of contact with new clients through the onboarding process. Qualifications: • 2+ years’ experience in sales of products or services, luxury or high-end products and services is preferred. (B2C Required). • A proven track record using a consultative sales approach is required. • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or communication is preferred. • Strong capability and experience in consultative solutions selling. • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required. • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is required. (Strong in Excel). • Knowledge of the legal industry is helpful but not required. Compensation: $120,000 total compensation
