Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Akron, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to support their strategic goals. Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain regular communication
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and business objectives
Manage client accounts, including onboarding, project updates, and performance reviews
Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Track client performance metrics and generate regular reports
Contribute to improving client retention strategies and internal processes
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in client relationship management or account management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented and highly organized
