We are looking for a Client Relationship Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and continued partnership with Beloform. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying client needs and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients
Understand client objectives and provide tailored support to meet their needs
Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client deliverables are met
Prepare reports on account status and present updates to management
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals
Support onboarding processes for new clients
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or related roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
