We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong client partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client goals and ensure services are aligned accordingly
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary
Track client interactions and update CRM systems accurately
Support onboarding of new clients and assist in project coordination
Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
1+ year of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor with attention to detail and follow-through
