What You’ll Do:

Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries with clarity and kindness

Act as a liaison between clients and our veterinary team to ensure smooth communication

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and billing with accuracy and care

Gather feedback and work proactively to ensure every client feels heard, helped, and appreciated

Keep our front desk organized, efficient, and running like a well-trained retriever

What You Bring:

A genuine love for animals and a deep respect for the people who care for them

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A calm, courteous demeanor—even under pressure in a fast paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or veterinary reception (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus
