    Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative at Dukes-Moore Insurance Agency, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting with the servicing of insurance policies, maintaining client relationships, processing inquiries, and providing support to ensure clients' insurance needs are met efficiently. The role requires effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with account managers, and clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Greet in office customers.
    • Processing daily mail.
    • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Assist in preparing and processing insurance policies, insurance, endorsements, and other policy documents.
    • Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
    • Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.
    • Small housekeeping items.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Technical proficiency with Microsoft suites platforms including Excel.
    • Must obtain P&C Insurance License within 1 year
