Client Service Associate, Aaron Wealth Advisors
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our team in our Chicago, IL office. As Aaron Wealth Advisors is an established and growing firm, this role can meaningfully develop into a more senior position with greater responsibility based on the unique skill set of the candidate. This role assumes responsibility for supporting the firms’ Advisors and Investment team in account administration, client servicing, trading, and consulting projects. While the firm does offer flexibility to work remotely on a periodic basis, candidates should expect this role to be in-person. Travel requirements up to 5% for client/prospect meetings and business.

In addition to the Chicago office, we have offices in Newport Beach, California and Carmel, Indiana.
Functions & Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison and uphold client service standards between clients, investment advisors, custodians, and clients’ trusted outside advisors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activities in the CRM, organize electronic folders, and execute Compliance regulated workflows.
- Manage client onboarding process: review statements for transferability, create custodial paperwork, work with third party managers and clients’ trusted contacts to ensure ease of transfer and reallocation of investments.
- Primary contact to open accounts, prepare Standing Letters of Authorization (SLOA) and facilitate money movement requests including wires, Automated Clearing House (ACH), Depository Transfer Check (DTC) and Automated Customer Account Transfer (ACAT) while abiding by the firm’s Compliance policies.
- Collaborate and execute documents for Alternative Investments (Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, etc.).
- Represent client service in ultra-high net worth prospect and client meetings by confidently communicating requirements to facilitate our family office services.
- Collaborate on cross functional team projects requiring the development, education, and implementation of new processes, systems, and best practices.
- Assist with office management and administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Support the Director of Client Service and Advisors with ad-hoc projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client service or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Broad knowledge of mutual funds, investment managers, and brokerage and/or bank account administrative procedures preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required.
- Familiarity working with a CRM, Salesforce preferred but not required.
- Self-starter with a high level of accuracy and organization.
- Excellent communication skills, empathetic and able to establish rapport with others.
- Resourceful and comfortable working independently.
- Skilled problem solver.
- Thoughtfully driven, accountable and patient.
- Proactive and motivated to expand knowledge base.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80,000-$110,000 highly competitive salary + bonus, benefits including: 401(k) plan, 401(k) plan employer match, health, vision, dental, professional development reimbursement, unlimited PTO and more.
