We are seeking a Client Service Associate who will serve as a direct point of contact for our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a client-first mindset, and a passion for providing high-level support. You will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the highest satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Assist clients with account-related questions, technical issues, and service requests.

• Manage and resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Monitor client accounts to ensure proper usage and identify potential issues proactively.

• Support the onboarding of new clients with professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business, or related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing or administrative support role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
