Client Service Associate (unlicensed) - Wealth Management We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This role is integral in supporting our wealth advisors and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in the financial planning industry. Responsibilities: • Management of advisors' calendars, including scheduling of business & client meetings • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses; answer the main business line • Assist wealth advisors by preparing and organizing client documentation to ensure smooth and efficient meetings • Maintain up-to-date client records in our database • Assist clients with technical issues • Perform data entry in financial planning software • Take stewardship of community involvement, sponsorships, & events • Prepare and process client paperwork Qualifications: • High level of personal responsibility and ability to work independently in a remote setting • Enhanced communication skills to effectively bridge the remote work gap and maintain strong client and team relationships • Bachelor’s degree (required) in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred) • 1-3 years of experience in a financial services role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. Excellent phone skills are a must • Close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software are a plus. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
