Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring positive and efficient communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized support
Assist clients in resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions in a timely manner
Track client feedback and report on customer satisfaction , helping to improve services and processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered smoothly
Support in onboarding new clients and assist with any ongoing service needs
