We are looking for a highly organized and personable Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of inquiries. You will support account managers, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to ongoing business development efforts.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining current client records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
Track client feedback and relay actionable insights to account managers
Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary
Schedule and coordinate meetings, updates, and reports for clients
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s standards of client care
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
Previous experience in client services, customer support, or account coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
