Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of contact for client inquiries and requests
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Resolve client issues with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Monitor client accounts and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service
