About the Role
As an Experience Guide at The NOW Massage RSM, you are the first and last impression of our boutique. You set the tone for each guest’s journey — creating a warm welcome, delivering thoughtful service, and ensuring a seamless flow throughout the day.
You are at the heart of the boutique experience, helping guests discover memberships and enhancements while supporting a tranquil, healing environment for both guests and team members.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest and team member
Create a warm, welcoming check-in and a smooth, memorable check-out experience
Educate guests on our massage services, memberships, enhancements, and retail offerings
Confidently and authentically drive sales of memberships, gift cards, and retail products
Schedule, modify, and manage appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures
Proactively address guest questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and uphold our elevated aesthetic standards
Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and continuous improvements
Contribute to a positive, wellness-focused, team-first culture
What You Bring
Prior experience in guest service or sales (preferred)
A calm, positive presence and genuine passion for wellness and self-care
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect authentically
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset and natural problem-solving skills
A collaborative spirit and commitment to supporting your team
