    Client Service Associate Location: Kettering, OH

    As an independent retirement planning and financial services firm based in Kettering, OH, Secure Future Advisors is committed to providing innovative, conservative financial strategies tailored to our clients' needs. The Client Service Associate plays a vital role in maintaining our high standard of service by supporting client relationships, managing operational tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions of the office.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    · Coordinate, organize, and process client paperwork, including applications and service forms.

    · Communicate with investment and insurance companies to open and service accounts.

    · Manage client service requests such as name/address changes, ACH setups, and general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

    · Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and correspondence.

    · Support office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and assisting with administrative tasks.

    · Process Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and manage internal calendars and client communication workflows.

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Prior experience in customer or client service roles.
    • Professional demeanor with a growth-oriented mindset (“humble, hungry, and smart”).
    • Self-driven and dependable (“batteries included”).
    • Willingness to obtain: Life & Health Insurance License, SIE, Series 7, or Series 66 certifications in 1-2 years.

     

    Work Environment & Schedule

    · This is a full-time, on-site position: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

    · Some evening hours are required to support client events or webinars.

    · Primarily a sedentary role requiring regular computer use.
