The Assistant Relationship Manager (Client Service Coordinator) plays a key support role in helping schools move through RedefinED’s 4-step FUNDamentals process by assisting with communication, coordination, outreach, and follow-through. You will work directly alongside a Relationship Manager who oversees a book of business of approximately 35 to 50 schools and report to a Regional Market Manager. Responsibilities: Relationship Management Support • Provide day-to-day support to a Relationship Manager overseeing 35 to 50 partner schools • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and preparation for school meetings and presentations • Help maintain consistent communication with school partners through email and phone • Support follow-up efforts to ensure schools stay on track within the FUNDamentals process Program Coordination & Execution • Assist in preparing materials, resources, and documentation used to guide schools through RedefinED’s 4-step FUNDamentals process • Help track school engagement, participation, and progress • Maintain accurate notes and updates within Salesforce CRM systems • Support implementation efforts that help schools grow financial aid programs and increase tax credit participation Community Education & Outreach Support • Assist with the coordination of community education initiatives led by the Relationship Manager • Support preparation for virtual and in-person presentations • Help conduct outreach through email and phone to support school engagement efforts • Provide logistical and administrative support for events, presentations, and school communications Team Collaboration • Work closely with the Relationship Manager to ensure strong organization, follow-through, and communication across the school portfolio • Report to a Regional Market Manager and collaborate with internal support teams • Help ensure consistency in processes, documentation, and reporting Operational Excellence • Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates, notes, and reporting • Assist with tracking key performance indicators related to school engagement and outreach • Help manage timelines, task lists, and internal coordination Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, client services, education support, nonprofit work, or a coordination role preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable communicating with school leaders and community members via email and phone • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once • Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn • Alignment with RedefinED’s mission and culture **Work Environment & Travel ** • Hybrid role combining remote work with occasional in-person team engagement • Travel required approximately 1 day per month for team meetings or events Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly plus bonus opportunity
