    We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Client Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping answer questions, provide information, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients in-person or by phone, providing accurate information and helpful support.

    • Problem Solving: Address client concerns or questions promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

    • Product/Service Knowledge: Become familiar with the services or products we represent to confidently answer questions and guide clients.

    • Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and log interactions as needed.

    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure a high standard of service.

    • Follow-Up: Support follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
