As a Client Service Associate , you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences while supporting campaign execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients—managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop and implement strategic event-based marketing campaigns for nonprofit causes.
• Assist with community outreach events , ensuring all logistics, materials, and resources are prepared and executed smoothly.
• Monitor and report on campaign progress and client satisfaction. Use feedback and data to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate across departments to align on client goals and campaign strategy.
• Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to delivering excellent client service.
