    Key Responsibilities

    • Resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues efficiently while delivering top-notch customer service.

    • Track client feedback and report insights to improve services, processes, and overall satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered smoothly.

    • Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a passion for helping others.

    • Positive, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with clients and team members.

    • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
