Job Summary A client service representative is the first point of contact for clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, facilitating communication between clients and the veterinary team, and ensuring a smooth and warm experience for all pets and owners. They play an important role in supporting the clinic’s daily operations by handling appointment scheduling, facilitate patient management , financial transactions, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Greet pets and owners as they arrive
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and client records
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage reminders
Respond to emails, texts, or online inquiries
Process payments
Relay messages to veterinarians and technicians
Assist in communicating treatment plans and discharge instructions
Other administrative duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Friendly, organized, and empathetic, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills/ knowledge
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
