Client Service Representative

We are hiring a Client Service Representative to join our Orlando team. This is an entry-level, in-person position.

As a Client Service Representative, you will work directly with customers, provide information about products and services, answer questions, and help create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Provide information about products, services, and current promotions

Answer customer questions and help guide them through the process

Assist with customer sign-ups, account updates, or service-related questions

Represent clients professionally during customer interactions

Build positive relationships with customers and team members

Learn basic customer service, communication, and sales support skills

Work with the team to meet daily goals and support customer needs

Attend paid training and team development meetings

Maintain a positive, reliable, and professional attitude

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

No previous experience required

Must be able to work in person in Orlando, FL

Must be able to work full-time
