The Customer Service Representative is connection between our clients vision and SpeedPro. You will use your skills to understand client creative vision, translating that design requirements and preparing estimates . You must be detail oriented, a strong communicator, and process driven.
Responsibilities:
Manage the customer interaction from initial contact through final project output
Review client needs and designs/artwork
Prepare estimates and coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time and on-quality orders
Engage customers and actively move them through the sales process and into production.
Support the design process, as needed to ensure high-quality input for production.
Other Desired Skills:
Sales curious’ (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)
Graphic Design experience - note that this is not a graphic design role
Strong communication and listening skills
Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality
Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results
