This is a full-time Client Service Specialist role at Jet 1 located in Naples, FL. The specialist will be responsible for providing excellent client support, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering top-notch client service on-site.

Qualifications:

Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries effectively

Flexibility and multi-tasking is a must

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills

Phone etiquette and customer experience skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in a customer service role is preferred

Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus

Schedule and location:

This role requires availability on nights and weekends, depending on business needs.

Long nights or early mornings can be worked from home.

Daytime weekday hours should be worked in-office.

Office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, but this position is not expected to be in office the duration of daytime hours. Coming into the office late or leaving early on slower days is acceptable.
