We help families protect their cars, homes, and the stuff that matters most. We need someone who makes every client feel taken care of, whether it's a quick ID card request or a stressful claim.

Full-time, 40 hours a week.

What you'll actually do

• Be the go-to person for clients' auto, home, renters, umbrella, and RV policies
• Own renewals: review coverage, shop carriers, and find clients a better fit
• Add drivers, swap vehicles, send ID cards, and update lender info, fast
• Answer the "wait, am I covered for this?" questions in plain English
• Support clients through claims, when they need a real human the most
• Spot coverage gaps before they become problems
• Keep everything organized, so nothing slips through the cracks

You'll crush it if you

• Genuinely like people, in person and on the phone
• Are good with computers
• Notice the little details other people miss
• Can juggle a busy day without dropping the ball
• Would rather ask "how do I fix this?" than "whose fault is it?"
• Aren't afraid to mess up, learn, and level up
• Bring good energy to the team

Licensed? Great. Not yet? Also great.
A Property & Casualty is preferred. If you don't have one yet, you can get licensed after you join.
