The Client Services Advisor (CSA) will manage personal lines insurance clients’ accounts by demonstrating effective communication and professional service. This individual will be motivated to provide the right total account solution for each client. Detailed work is a major function of the job, and a faster-than-average pace is the norm. Attention to the standard process is important to maintain a high level of performance. Responsibilities: • Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for incoming account requests. This includes but is not limited to taking inbound calls and requests, processing policy changes, and answering billing and coverage questions. • Identifies and follows up on cross-selling opportunities when appropriate. • Manages, organizes, and conducts client meetings when necessary. • Documents conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updates Bickle Insurance's agency management systems when necessary. Ensures the accuracy of the data in the systems. • Attends industry-related continuing education training and courses. • Performs other duties and projects as required. Qualifications: • Excellent listening, oral, and written English communication skills. • Build and maintain relationships. • Superior customer service and problem-solving skills. • Open, flowing communication is important. • Position requires working with and through others. • Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to type 50 words per minute. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Proven experience in a customer service role. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Willing to get licensed in the required lines and states. Compensation: $36,000 - $45,000 yearly
