Duties
Serves as the first contact to potential clients calling or visiting our showroom
Explains our process from design through installation to potential clients
Manages scheduling for design and installation appointments
Gives a complete walk-through of product offerings to showroom visitors
Maintains a clean and orderly showroom
Maintains inventory of office supplies and design samples
Prepares consultation literature for designers and other clerical duties, as needed
Assists with website and social content, as needed
Compensation
Bonuses available ($100 for walk-in that eventually results in signed proposal)
Hours: 20-24 hours per week (including two Saturday mornings per month)

Qualifications
Able to provide a high level of service to our clients, in person, on the phone, and online
Comfortable with online scheduling and communication software
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
1-2 years experience of administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
