The Meier Law Firm is seeking a full-time Client Services Associate, a role primarily staffed by recent college graduates who are planning to pursue law school or an administrative legal career. This role provides hands-on experience working directly with attorneys, managing client interactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a high-performing estate planning practice. This is an opportunity to build practical legal experience, develop professional skills, and gain insight into how a successful law firm operates. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact by providing a professional and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors • Pre-screen potential clients and schedule planning sessions in coordination with our intake process • Support the Client Services Manager in overseeing the client experience through our CRM and direct client interactions (both in-person and virtual) • Collect, organize, and enter critical client information to assist the legal team in preparing customized estate plans • Maintain office organization and readiness , including managing supplies, equipment, food, and beverages • Contribute to team success by actively participating in meetings, systemization projects, growth initiatives, and data tracking • Utilize artificial intelligence tools to streamline administrative tasks and allow the team to focus on high-quality client service Skills You’ll Gain • Client communication and professional relationship-building • Legal process exposure in estate planning and trust administration • CRM and data management systems used in law firms • Team collaboration and project management in a professional services environment • Office administration, organization, and operations support • Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence in professional workflows Qualifications: Qualifications & Schedule • The number one qualification for this role is exceptional leadership and communication skills, with strong attention to detail • Priority given to applicants who are planning on working with us for at least 1-2 years (Please do not apply if you are planning to begin law school in 2026) • Full-time, in-office position : Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our Newport Beach office • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited and well-respected institution • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset with a client-first focus • Polished, professional appearance appropriate for a law firm environment Compensation: $23 hourly
